You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on Based Outlet. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Based Outlet is an independent authorized reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Based Bodyworks or any other product manufacturer whose products we carry. The use of brand names and product names on our website is solely for the purpose of identifying the products we sell.
All products sold by Based Outlet are 100% authentic and sourced through legitimate, authorized distribution channels. Our outlet pricing reflects overstock, end-of-line, and bulk-purchased inventory — not artificially inflated prices designed to create the appearance of a discount.
As an independent reseller, Based Outlet does not provide manufacturer warranties. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be directed to the original manufacturer. Based Outlet offers its own 30-day return policy as described in Section 5.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including images, descriptions, and ingredient lists. However, product formulations, packaging, and specifications may change without notice as determined by the original manufacturer. Based Outlet is not responsible for changes made by manufacturers after we have listed a product.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Savings percentages are calculated against the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) at the time of listing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Product availability is not guaranteed. As an outlet store, many of our products are limited-quantity clearance items that will not be restocked at outlet pricing once sold out. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
Products sold on Based Outlet are cosmetic grooming products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any claims made about product benefits are based on manufacturer-provided information and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Individual results may vary.
Placing an order on Based Outlet constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other reasons.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax laws. Tax rates are subject to change.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments if we suspect fraudulent activity. We may require additional verification for high-value orders or orders that trigger our fraud detection systems.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $30. Orders under $30 incur a $5.99 standard shipping fee. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at additional cost. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Based Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on non-clearance items in original, unopened condition. Clearance items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
For damaged or defective items, Based Outlet covers return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns on eligible items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All content on the Based Outlet website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Based Outlet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Product names, brand names, and trademarks mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners. Their use on our website is solely for product identification purposes and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owners.
